Why book multiple sessions?
Booking a course of treatments costs less per session and gives you better results. Regular massage keeps muscle tension and stress from building back up, and regular facials keep your skin consistently clearer and calmer.
Which treatments can I choose?
Packages and memberships can be used on any massage or facial on our treatment menu, except certain Facials and body scrubs. You can choose your treatment at each visit.
What's the difference between a Package and a Membership?
A package is paid upfront and gives you 3, 6 or 10 sessions. A membership is a six-month plan paid in recurring payments, and is a more affordable way to enjoy the same treatments, one a month.
How can I cancel or get a refund?
By purchasing a package or membership, you are committing to multiple spa sessions. Refunds are only available before your first treatment. Once your first session has been completed, they are non-refundable. Please note that all sessions must be used within 6 or 12 months from the date of purchase.
What happens if a Membership payment fails?
You and Bayou Spa will be notified. Fresha retries the payment after 24 hours, 48 hours and 4 days. If all attempts fail, the membership cancels automatically.
