How long does each Spa Experience take?
All treatments take place back to back in a single visit. Bayou Balance takes 1 hour 15 minutes, the Warmth Experience takes 1 hour 45 minutes, and The Bayou Ritual Experience takes 3 hours 15 minutes.
How do I choose my massage and facial?
After booking, call the spa on 020 7361 1577. We will help you choose your treatments and confirm availability on the day of your visit. An extra fee may apply to certain facials.
Can I gift a Spa Experience?
Yes. Buy a Bayou Spa gift voucher for the value of the experience and the recipient books their day directly with us. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, half of the booking amount is payable. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full.
